Well… I’m not exactly sure how it happened, but I received this bottle, I wasn’t too sure if it was REALLY Hiei or not so I pulled him out and well…He surprised me to say the least, so much that I let him go back into the bottle…

The first mission in months.
Yusuke was already aggravated after having to listen to Koenma not give out specific details. What the hell was he supposed to do, go out all willy nilly throughout the city in order to find this place? There’s no location for him, Kurama, and Hiei to go to. There is also no bad guy that they have to catch as of yet. So what were they going to do? Look for trouble. Sometimes Yusuke hated his job.
“This is a load of bull.” He kept repeating over and over while looking every which way, to see if there were any traces of demon energy anywhere. he couldn’t pick up on anything while he was walking, and he vaguely wondered if this entire mission was going to be a fluke. “Ah! I hate this job!”
Kurama picked up his pace from following Yusuke patiently and settled his stride next to Yusuke’s side. The boy obviously needed calming down and this particular mission was rather important. It wasn’t something they could blow off or take lightly. He hadn’t come to human world just to go crazy with some gas of unknown origin. He would at least know what made him crazy. Unfortunately Koenma probably hadn’t realized that he’d just sent three strong demons to look for a gas that makes demons crazy. If they began to become infected, the world would be a hard place to live. “Yusuke please calm down. This mission is personal. Whomever released the gas here might have been targeting the three of us.”
Kurama shook his head as he considered why someone would release a gas like that in human world if they weren’t targeting demons in human world, “Even if they weren’t targeting us, it is still going to effect us, so we need to get rid of it to keep our minds.” Kurama explained as they walked towards where ever Yusuke was taking them. Kurama didn’t much care where they were going at this point considering Yusuke typically would have bad enough luck to stumble onto trouble over his head. “Our only saving grace is how strong you’ve gotten. If Hiei and I succumb to the gas, we can hope that it doesn’t effect you, and you can stop us.”

I’ve been alright. I could use a little more excitement, but that is always a dangerous wish.

Are you still working at your step father’s company?I have considered that but, aside from blood as hair gel, I don’t think he has access to it.

Do you not get along with him?I get along with Koenma just fine. We don’t always agree on things, but it’s not a hostile situation to be near him now. I just understand that he doesn’t like paying his workers, and I do not wish to be a part of a work force who is being scammed out of their pay.

The Reikai has a dark side they’d rather keep any and all outsiders blissfully ignorant of. I wouldn’t doubt that they’d be willing to kill to keep their secrets safe. Unfortunately for them, Sensui’s case was something that turned out to blow up in their faces.
As for you, Kurama, I’ve heard word of something causing demons to go mad. I’ve overheard talk of it amongst lesser demons in the Makai. I wouldn’t be surprised if Yusuke somehow gets himself caught up in it. Fortunately, he’s mostly human.
I realize that… but I still think even if he could do those things he would be cautious not to upset Kurama too much… there is still a chance Kurama could oppose him… which I don’t think he would want…
Kurama’s plants are really scary you know
I doubt it’s my plants he would worry about if I chose to oppose him.
